Data compiled by Oracle and Workplace Intelligence revealed 53% of executives are struggling with mental health issues, compared to 45% in the wider workforce. We need our C-Suites operating at their very best, and also able to manage their own mental health. You may well have members of your top team who are currently struggling. The value of timely support for these people can be hugely impactful on the business.

Senior Leaders and Managers
It isn’t just the C-Suite that we need to be thinking about. There will be senior leaders in critical departments and divisions who are under great stress and need support. Giving them that support that they need could be crucial in making sure that they carry on being able to be effective in their roles.

There will be high-value colleagues who are critical to the on-going success of the organisation. Maintaining their mental health is potentially as critical as that of the C-Suite and senior management. Interventions
One-to-One Coaching
Most interventions will involve one-to-one coaching, with the number of sessions dependent on the specific challenges being faced by that individual. The minimum is six, but 12 or more sessions are normal. Get in contact with me to talk about how we can work together.
Mental Health Training
It’s critical that managers and leaders think about and support the mental health of their workforce. However, raising awareness of this, and what exactly it involves, can be challenging.
