  • Prevention

    Ideally, we want to catch ourselves before we fall into the depths of a mental health crisis. As with any health issue, it’s always easier to deal with if we take action early on. Mental health is no different. We can look at different strategies to prevent you getting worse, and how these can be combined with your professional and personal objectives too. Most importantly, we can find ways to help you manage your mental health more effectively in the future.

  • Recovery

    Sometimes we fall into mental illness and there’s nothing that would have stopped it. You’re now at the stage of wanting to get back to work, whilst making sure you don’t relapse. This requires thinking about how you stay healthy. Firstly, we can plan how you gradually move back into your role with confidence. Secondly, we’ll work on making sure there are no steps backwards. This means making some changes, perhaps in the way you think, the way you see your past, or how you respond to issues in the future.
