Neil Poynter

I thought you ought to know a bit more about me… So read on…

Who am I?

My Values and Beliefs

I’ve always got a huge satisfaction from helping people achieve what they want in whatever field that is. It’s something I’ve done as an Army officer, a cricket coach, CEO, consultant, coach and psychotherapist.

Having had my own mental health breakdown, I’m also a huge advocate for promoting, managing, treating, and maintaining good mental health. This gives me great empathy when working with someone who has struggled, or is still struggling, with their mental health.

I also believe that both prevention and true recovery are possible.

Everybody has it in them to be successful in some way.
